CROP principals have successfully navigated what can be a challenging financial arena for agro entities due to the unique risk profile of the business to find innovative financing solutions for farmers and large projects.  In fact its principals have been instrumental in securing over USD1M in grant funds and JMD20M of unsecured loan funds for farmers and agro related projects.  These projects involved complex negotiations, documentation and reporting requirements with multilateral agencies like the World Bank as well as partnerships with local banks.

CROP principals have successfully managed  crop production plans in items like hot peppers and scallion whose output for a single crop exceeded one (1) million lbs making it the largest organized production that exists for those crops island wide.

CROP Principals have also successfully managed large start ups in other fields such as the construction, finance and commercialization of as a 225 room all inclusive hotel, a sports bar and restaurant and a 24 hour sports television channel.
